    This take away is one of the best around..cooking and delivery may take slightly longer..but given the fact the takeaway is extremely busy at times..people need to be a bit more respectful when leaving a review..food is always good and hot..never had a bad delivery in three years or more..Our delivery driver/man is an absolutely lovely person and I don’t think he gets the recognition he deserves..please inform the delivery driver he is an absolute joy to speak too..food was nice can’t ever fault it..I wish you all a fantastic Christmas and a great new year x

    Today I bought hot wings and large chios. When I got home the hot wings were so dry and hard like they had been sitting in the warmer the whole day. I called in to speak to the manager and I was told he has gone home. I told them my complaint and they said there is nothing they can do as they cannot see my order. I offered to bring back the hot wings and they to me that I am wasting their time and they will not accept the food back. They refused to give me any names and dropped the call o me. Such horrible customer service....bad food this time around!

    Far from fast food, be prepared to wait about an hour and a half for delivery, don’t phone to see where your food is because no one will pick up the phone to you, this is not a one off either, and they don’t deliver after pm and close at pm, which is very strange for a takeaway, don’t bother to complain to yoyo either as they’re equally as useless.

    This used to be best Chicken Shop in area!Since new owner took over things gone bad fast.Rude customer service!!!!!Food quality poorChips cooked more than once...And most of the time you get something you didn't order, cheese in my case.When I told him I didn't order cheese, owner said that I talk too much!!!! Very rude attitude!This in not how you treat customers.Very disappointing.
